Our client in this case study needed help moving cable drums for vessels urgently from Malaysia with the final destination being Moscow. The client is a freight forwarder based in Moscow and someone we work very closely with on a number of projects each year.
Our client required an air freight shipment out of Singapore.
Solution
We were able to arrange a dedicated trucking service to pick-up and cross border to Singapore Airport. This took just over 1 day trucking for collection after customs formalities. Our Air Freight was then under the express option out of Singapore to Moscow.
With the contacts we have across SE Asia we were able to make use of our control tower position using Singapore as our main hub. This was a massive benefit to our customer as we were able to sort all paperwork, reach out to the appropriate contacts and ensure delivery was prompt.
