TCB Group is pleased to announce the introduction of a dedicated in-house vehicle to support local collections and last-mile delivery across Northern Ireland.
Previously, local collections and final-mile deliveries were carried out through subcontracted providers. By bringing this capability in-house, TCB Group now has greater control over the entire delivery process, closing the gap between our warehouse and customers doors.
The new vehicle strengthens our ability to provide complete door-to-door logistics solutions for customers seeking a fully managed end-to-end service, from collection through to final delivery worldwide.
Operating directly between our Belfast Container Freight Station (CFS) and customer locations, the vehicle will help streamline the movement of freight, reduce friction, and improve communication throughout the delivery journey. It also enables our team to react more quickly to customer requirements while maintaining the high standards of service that TCB Group is known for.
The investment represents a significant milestone in TCB Group’s development and forms part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing service levels, increasing operational efficiency, and delivering greater value to our customers.
