TCB Group is a leading freight-forwarding and logistics business with offices in Belfast, Dublin, Liverpool and Singapore specialising in the global transportation of goods, by air, sea and road.
In addition to our core business services; freight management and warehousing, we are also a leading IATA Air agent and Irelands leading groupage consolidator.
As our customer base expands and demand within the industry increases, we are seeking to expand our operations team at our Belfast office. We currently have a number of opportunities available within our sea freight operations team.
Role Requirements;
- Providing excellent customer service
- Creating shipment files for import consignments
- Liaising with overseas agents
- Inbound customs clearance
- Invoicing and administration relating to the above
Skills Required;
- Enthusiastic within the role
- Ideally educated to A level standard
- Detail orientated
- Passionate about providing good customer service – a proven record in CS would be an advantage
