TCB Group is hiring a Senior Road Freight Operator.
TCB Group is one of Ireland’s largest freight consolidators by Road, Air and Sea. We are seeking staff to work in our Road Freight operations team. Based in our Belfast office the successful candidate will be responsible for road freight consolidation operations across Ireland. Responsibilities include;
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients across Ireland
- Liaising with agents across Europe to arrange inbound and outbound road freight services
- Arranging deliveries and collections throughout Ireland
- Working closely with our warehouse in Belfast and our operation in Dublin
- Working closely with a number of TCB Group suppliers
- Managing custom clearance and final delivery for customers
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- 2 years’ experience in road freight consolidation operations
